Sulafa Tower is a 75-storey residential skyscraper located in Dubai Marina, one of Dubai’s most prominent waterfront communities. The development was completed in October 2010 and stands at a height of 285 metres, making it one of the tallest residential towers in the city.

The project was developed by National Properties and includes a total of 702 residential units. These units range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, along with penthouses, catering to a variety of residential needs.

Sulafa Tower consists of 81 total floors, including four basement levels, a ground floor, four podium levels, a dedicated health club floor, 69 residential floors, and two service floors. The total built-up area reaches approximately 1.4 million sq. ft., with a sellable area of around 850,864 sq. ft.

Construction began in March 2006 and was completed in October 2010. The project was initially valued at AED 455,657,000 according to the Dubai Land Department.
